Returns & Exchanges

Pini Parma offers a refined return process, allowing you to return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or a different size. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all sartorial tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the inclusion of all branded hangers and garment bags to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
